This document sets forth the Skylone Online Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) for, skylone.com, skylone.net and spotron.net collectively referred to as the (“Site”). By accessing the Site, you are accepting the Privacy Policy as set forth herein. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use this Site.Skylone’s Privacy Policy also applies to our Cloud Services including Spotron Cloud and Microgate Cloud. Skylone may collect certain information such as domain names users trying to reach or IP adddresses users/devices comming from. Cloud data centers are located in the Ireland, Germany and Turkey. Skylone enforces the strictest security controls to protect customer data stored in these data centers.
When you use Site, we may collect and store personal information that you provide to us, including, among other information: your name; phone number; and email address. For example, we collect this information when you fill out an online form, contact us for information or customer support, register to use a service and request certain features (e.g., newsletters, updates, and other products).
We may automatically collect information about how you access and use the Site or Skylone Cloud Services. For example, we may collect and store information such as your browser type, IP address, language, operating system, the state or country from which you accessed the Services, the pages you view, the services you use, the date and time of your visit, the websites you visited immediately before and after visiting our websites, error logs, and other hardware and software information. Skylone maintains log files of the traffic that visits our sites. We do not link any information gathered in these log files to personal information. Log files are used to manage traffic loads and information technology requirements for providing reliable service.
Except as provided in the Privacy Policy, Skylone will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to others for commercial gain. Information provided to our Spotron Cloud Service will be shared with our customer who is owner of the infrastructure to provide internet access to you through our cloud service integration.
Spotron Cloud Service provides a social media log-in feature to use with our customer's infrastructure. The customer may require to see your interests using your social media account, such as your likes in order to use their integrated infrastructure. While using our services with this feature enabled, you will be redirected to social media site to be authenticated in order to start using our services, i.e. you will be redirected to Facebook Login page and you need to allow permissions.
